Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 6 large jalapeños
  • 12 jumbo Wild Caught Texas Shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 12 slices center cut bacon

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 300°F and place a wire rack on top of an aluminum lined baking sheet.
  • Mix the softened cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and one teaspoon of the Cajun seasoning in a medium-sized bowl.
  • Smear the cream cheese into the halved jalapeños. Top each jalapeño with the shrimp tail up. Wrap with one piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  • Place jalapeños on the wire rack and bake for 35 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through.
