Shrimp Recipes
Seafood Dips
Seafood party fare to enhance any buffet and satisfy any crowd. Use the seafood of your choice for any of these dips.
Each recipe makes about 2 cups of dip.
Ingredients
Nutty Fish Dip
- 1 pound cooked and flaked fish
- 1 cup sour cream, plain yogurt or blended cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup peanut dust (use blender)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Crab Meat Guacamole
- 1/2 pound blue crab meat
- 2 ripe and mashed avocados
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons grated onion
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Texas Shrimp Dip
- 1 cup cooked and chopped Wild Caught Texas Shrimp
- 1 package (8 ounces) softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup stuffed olives
- 1/4 cup lite mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Preparation
Nutty Fish Dip
- Combine well and chill. Sprinkle with additional peanut dust.
Crab Meat Guacamole
- Combine well and chill.
Texas Shrimp Dip
- Combine well. Garnish with cooked shrimp.
