Ingredients

  • EVOO
  • 3-5 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes (or more if you like more spicy)
  • 10-12 U-6 head on prawns
  • Sea salt or kosher salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • Flake sea salt
  • Limes

Preparation

  • Mince garlic and parsley then add to a large bowl. Add in red pepper flakes and 3-4 tablespoons of evoo.
  • Carefully devein the prawn and then seasoning with sea salt and black pepper. Toss in a separate bowl with 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Heat up the grill.
  • Grill prawns until meat is opaque and cooked through, turning occasionally, about 5 minutes.
  • Remove from the grill and move to the bowl with the parsley/chili mixture and toss to coat.
  • Serve on a platter, and pour marinade over the prawns.
  • Garnish with flake salt and lime wedges.
