Grilled Prawns
Juicy, grilled prawns are tossed in a zesty mixture of garlic, parsley, and red chili flakes, creating a deliciously spicy flavor profile. Finished with a drizzle of olive oil and garnished with flaky sea salt and lime wedges, this dish is perfect for a fresh, vibrant seafood experience.

Ingredients
- EVOO
- 3-5 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes (or more if you like more spicy)
- 10-12 U-6 head on prawns
- Sea salt or kosher salt
- Fresh ground black pepper
- Flake sea salt
- Limes
Preparation
- Mince garlic and parsley then add to a large bowl. Add in red pepper flakes and 3-4 tablespoons of evoo.
- Carefully devein the prawn and then seasoning with sea salt and black pepper. Toss in a separate bowl with 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Heat up the grill.
- Grill prawns until meat is opaque and cooked through, turning occasionally, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and move to the bowl with the parsley/chili mixture and toss to coat.
- Serve on a platter, and pour marinade over the prawns.
- Garnish with flake salt and lime wedges.
